    Chimney contractors referred us to Hoffman's. Aaron came to give us a free consult about possible termite damage spotted by our chimney repair contractors. Aaron was honest and reassured us that we did not have termites based on the discarded wood the chimney guys left for them to examine. What the chimney guys thought was chewed wood was just wood dust. Aaron was professional and we appreciated his honesty.     The Interior / Exterior initial treatment was completed professionally. When I noticed a swarm on my property this spring, Hoffman (Eric and his team) was very responsive and treated the area thoroughly. I first called up Hoffman’s (back in April.202/) and spoke with Tara, who provided excellent customer service and explained the whole process (I signed up for the annual plan because I would see ants in the spring and fall months and I finally grew tired of trying to deal with it on my own). The techs who come out are great (Eric is awesome) and the spray they use is safe for my pets. In the past two years I have not had any pest issues! I highly recommend them!
