We love our service and Hoffman's. They come when they say they will be there and on time. If we have an issue, they schedule us promptly.

I have been using Hoffman's exterminating for over 20 years never had a problem use them for quarterly check ups and today a bee problem tecnhnicians are always friendly highly recommend

This was the second time we have used them for bees. Came out right away and issue was resolved within first visit. They came back to check a few days later. Will use again.

Hoffman’s inspector and the 3 technicians were very knowledgeable , friendly and provided very professional work . They killed the yellow jacket nest in my wall by dusting them .Bees all Dead the next day. Also their bat team did a thorough bat exclusion on my house . Also a local family run business vs Terminix that brings in people from Camden and Philly.

The technicians answered all of my questions as they worked . They were 100 % better than the surly incompetent dopes that I originally hired from Terminix before firing them . If you live in South Jersey don’t even consider Terminix and go with Hoffman’s from Mantua .

One final check remains in two weeks to see if the bat cones did their job .

I called to remove Yellow Jackets and ants. They had somebody out immediately and was able to get everything done quickly. Everyone was super professional and I now have them contracted yearly for services.

In July 2025, I needed exterminating services. I chose Hoffman's because of their excellent reputation. Hoffman's explained what services could be used to eliminate the problem. The technicians were prompt, friendly, and thorough. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had until my problem was solved. I would highly recommend Hoffman's to anyone needing exterminating services.

First time homeowner and I have an unfinished attic which I thought was cool when I bought the property (so many ideas). In February (this year) a bat flew in my home and I almost died (image opening your eyes from a deep sleep seeing a shadow flying around your room a friend removed the bat from kitchen later that evening). This time around though Harry (my friend named the bat y’all) was scratching at the bedroom door; I initially thought it was rain. But lo and behold once again I opened my eyes and I saw the bat symbol hovering above my AC. After contacting several agencies that specialize in bat removal Hoffman had the bandwidth to remove Harry the same day. Eric was great in getting Harry out of my bedroom. The scheduling to seal and put the exit traps in the home was a breeze. Hopefully, I won’t have to go through this again. If so, I’ll be calling Hoffman’s again.

Very happy with Hoffman's all around. Dennis in reception was very attentive to the details and Bill the technician was on time, professional, and thorough. The job was to treat and later remove a bald-faced hornet's nest from a bush, a highly aggressive insect. Hoffman's handled the issue without any incident and the area is clear. Thank you!

Called Hoffman’s due to a yellow jacket problem right by my front door. Kevin showed up early and was very knowledgeable. Took care of the bees in no time. He even stopped by the following day to make sure they were gone. Once in the morning and again in the evening! Now that’s customer service!
