Steven (Steve) Walker – Fleet, Inventory, and Safety Assistant

Steve plays a key role in ensuring the efficient use of our vehicles and materials through daily audits. He oversees safety audits at Hoffman’s branches and conducts vehicle spot inspections to maintain high standards. Beyond these responsibilities, Steve is instrumental in creating and updating vehicle and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing training to our team. Additionally, he manages the logistics of bulk material distribution to all our branches, allowing managers to stay focused in the field without losing valuable time.

Served 3 years active army, 2 years in NJ national guard. Started armored and advanced to armored calvary (tanks). Started on M1A1 tanks but achieved 40scar identifier for M1AZ tanks. I have 3 army achievement medals, 1 ARCOM, 1 good conduct, National defense ribbon, sharpshooter rifle, expert pistol and grenades, army super driver badge which allowed me to drive all military land vehicles, Basic in Fort Knox KY, main station Fort Carson CO. Served in Egypt during Afghan conflict cutting weapon supplies to the middle east.
