Hoffman's Exterminating is a proud SkillBridge and PestVets Company. Our goal is to attract and encourage military service members, veterans, and military spouses to engage in a pest control industry career and supporting the military-readiness of our members. We are proud have a hired and promoted a number of Veterans to management positions within our organization and we are actively seeking new "recruits" to follow in their footsteps. 

The DOD SkillBridge program is a job training program that combines classroom learning with on-the-job training and mentorship. No prior experience is required. SkillBridge is designed to help active service members of the armed forces find immediate employment within the private sector upon discharge. Hoffman's provides SkillBridge candidates with the education and training to become a Pest Management Professional (PMP). SkillBridge is open to active duty military personnel within 180 days of separation from service.
