Sean from Hoffman's was very professional in setting us up for service. We didn't need any extermination, we had a preventive appointment and now have traps in place to make sure we don't have issues with bugs or rodents. Great experience.

Technician treated area for Carpenter Bee's and then sealed area to prevent future nesting. Looks like he did a good job. Had a few Carpenter Bee's hovering in the area for a few days but they couldn't re-enter their nest.

Just a great contractor, very thorough and goes over and beyond to be sure all is taken care of.

Will always recommend Hoffman to friends and family, especially Bruce, who is very professional and knowledgeable! What stood out most was Bruce’s attention to safety, especially since having pets. He took the time to explain which products were being used, reassured me about pet-safe precautions, and made sure all treatments were applied in a way that wouldn’t put my animals at risk. That level of care gave me real peace of mind! We love a technician that cares for our animals as much as we do😊

Raccoons had taken up residence in our attic. Eric baited and set 3 traps. Then returned every day to check if one had been caught. He could see how they shimmied up the downspouts to get in. Finally, a one-way door was installed so that Rocky and his buddies can get out but not back inside. Hoffman's will return to finally seal up the entry point.Very happy with the knowledge and expertise of all involved. Highly recommend.

Hoffman's is always responsive and the techs knowledgeable. I called for an emergency service on a weekend and they were out within a short time frame and kept me informed throughout the process. I recommend.
