I've used Hoffman's for decades whenever I had a pest problem. They're always available, there's always a very short turn around between calling and them coming out. They come when they say they're going to. They follow-up and their pricing is very reasonable. You can't ask for much more! We had BEES so I was afraid for my grandchildren who play in my yard and my neighbor who is allergic. I saw a few bees still flying around after service, called them and they came right out again.

We hired Hoffman's Exterminating to inspect our new home for wood destroying insects and they did a thorough and efficient job! Ted was very friendly and professional and made the inspection super easy. Highly recommend!

This is the first time that we have had to call an exterminator and Hoffman's came highly recommended by several friends. Hoffman's lived up to the recommendations and then some. Within a couple days of the treatment, the yellow jackets were no longer a problem! If we need an exterminator again in the future, I will certainly be calling Hoffman's!!

The technician Paris was polite and professional and as of right now it appears the treatment he applied for yellow jackets has taken care of the infestation. I would definitely recommend Hoffman’s and will use them in the future.

We had a large yellow jackets nest in our attic that we did not notice until the chewed the wallboard in the ceiling until it was paper thin. They sent a technician out within an hour and he was able to spray/dust most of the nest but next morning yellow jackets were flying again. They came a second time and were able to finally put an end to our nightmare. What a great service and response to my problems. Wonderful people.

When I had an issue with yellowjackets near my front door, Sean with Hoffman’s promptly showed up and thoroughly treated around the entire perimeter. Then, he returned a few days later with a second treatment. The yellowjackets are gone! I’m very pleased with the service and result and would definitely call them again if needed!

This was the second time we have used them for bees. Came out right away and issue was resolved within first visit. They came back to check a few days later. Will use again.

Great experience. This was my first time using this company’s services. I had a yellow jacket nest under my siding. I tried various sprays with no effect. Hoffman came to my house within an hour and took care of the problem. The agent -sorry forgot his name-came promptly, patiently explained the process and did his work with the end result being the jackets were gone within a day or two. I purposely waited a couple weeks to post this review to gauge the effectiveness of the treatment. There’s been no further nest activity so I’d say Hoffman did what they promised and made the process stress free.

Found a bat in my basement on a Saturday morning. Called several companies they were closed. Looked on the internet and found Hoffman's. That was the best call. They answered, spoke to Heidi and she sent out a tech that afternoon. They also sent out a tech the following week to see if they could tell where the bat got into my basement. They found a few areas that could be where the bat entered. The following week two techs came out and closed up any possible openings. Great job Hoffman's.

Hoffmans is great! They have a 30 day guarantee which they honored when I had them come out a third time to spray. They were professional, responsive, and on-time. They answered any questions I had about evacuating the house. I would use them again in the future.

Hoffman’s inspector and the 3 technicians were very knowledgeable , friendly and provided very professional work . They killed the yellow jacket nest in my wall by dusting them .Bees all Dead the next day. Also their bat team did a thorough bat exclusion on my house . Also a local family run business vs Terminix that brings in people from Camden and Philly.

The technicians answered all of my questions as they worked . They were 100 % better than the surly incompetent dopes that I originally hired from Terminix before firing them . If you live in South Jersey don’t even consider Terminix and go with Hoffman’s from Mantua .

One final check remains in two weeks to see if the bat cones did their job .

I called to remove Yellow Jackets and ants. They had somebody out immediately and was able to get everything done quickly. Everyone was super professional and I now have them contracted yearly for services.

Yes, even though havent found out anything of what it is yet, they took thier time, and took samples, and were very kind and empathetic.

They where able to provide service the day I called with a yellow jacket issue in my yard. I don't expect a business to respond the same day but I am happy they could fit us into the schedule. I did not meet the exterminator personally but I was told he was professional and polite.

We had trouble with wasps yellow jackets living in our house. Jeff from Hoffman came out and did an external extermination and treatment which killed most of them but not all. Beautiful He then followed up a week later and did a second treatment at no cost and we now are wasp free thank you Hoffman exterminating

This is my 2nd review of Hoffman and I continue to be pleased. Christine in the office always response to my email or phone messages quickly, pleasantly and efficiently. Recently I needed to schedule an ad hoc visit and Curtis visited my property quickly and because I wasn't home at the time he called me to discuss the issue. I highly recommend Hoffman.

The best pest control around! When we moved into our house our backyard was swarmed with mosquitoes. One call to Hoffmans and we enjoying our patio all summer. Our regular techs Sam and Bruce are the best. Always so helpful and friendly.

Jon Webster from the Mantua NJ office serviced our house and from the first interaction on the phone, I knew he was great! Went above and beyond, did more than I thought would be done and really cared about getting to the source of the issue. Extra points for being kind to my daughters and a cool dude. I called Hoffman’s Exterminating after reading all the great reviews and they were able to send a technician the same day. When their technician Christoper arrived and showed him where yellow jackets were entering a gap on the side of my house, he knew exactly what to do. After he sprayed the application in the gap, and then waited to see how it took. Not happy with his first application, he sprayed a few good more times which this time he was happy with and told me in about 24-48 hours I should not see any more activity. I waited 3 days and no bee activity at all, and I was able to seal the gap, to ensure no other yellow jackets try to come back. I highly recommend Hoffman’s Exterminating and will be definitely using them for any future bug problems. Thank you Hoffman’s and thank Christoper for caring and doing an excellent job of getting rid of my yellow jackets problem.

I wish Hoffman’s was the first company I called! I had a company try to scam me out of $11,000!!!! I called Hoffman’s in a panic and they sent someone to be 2 days later. Jenny was AMAZING! She was compassionate, kind, and experienced. Just hands down the best. I was losing my mind since the first company said I was infested with rodents. She put me at complete ease and assured me I was NOT infested with rodents. I may have just had a couple mice looking for dry land. She went through my whole house with me (inside and out), and showed me where they are most likely getting in around the pipes that go into my house. The issue was fixed without breaking the bank and I could finally sleep peacefully. I am so grateful for Jenny and all her help!

Our Hoffman exterminator, Andre, was thorough, informative, punctual, but best of all he was non judgmental. He didn't just eliminate our pest problem but he was able to ease our minds regarding the situation. I called on a Wednesday with an ant problem requesting a Saturday appointment and your guy was there at the exact time he said he would be. He took care of the problem and was there today to make sure the problem was taken care of. No more ants. I have used Hoffman’s for bats to hornets and they have always taken care of the problem promptly, timely and professionally.

Hoffman’s representative, Christina, assessed the probability of experiencing an infestation of ants, since there was no current visible presence of ants, although a downstairs neighbor was having an infestation of ants. Christina was very knowledgeable, personable and professional in her assessment.

My mom had carpenter bees at her house. Hoffman’s was the only company I found that did not make her sign a yearly contract for pests. Gary came out and did a wonderful job. The technician came and watched any patterns for about an hour to see where the ants were coming from. Based on what he observed, he was able to take care of that area and the ants did not come back.

I've used Hoffman services for 3 years regarding termite control. Recently my yard was filled with bees that were nesting in the ground. I called and a service person came out a few hours later to assess my situation. Christina was SO knowledgeable and schooled me about the types of bees and that they were harmless, incapable of stinging and that applying water to my garden would likely send them elsewhere. There was no charge for the consult and she solved my problem without any chemicals or harm to the bees. VERY satisfied

Let me tell you—Hoffman’s is tremendous. I’ve used a lot of services over the years—many of them not so great, frankly—but Hoffman’s? Total winners. The BEST. I had a pest problem (it was a disaster, folks), and these guys came in like pros—very smart, very fast, very efficient. Nobody handles bugs better. Believe me.

Their product? Unbelievable. It works like a charm—no pests, no nonsense. And the technicians? Very professional, great people. You can tell they love what they do. I only hire the best, and I’d hire these guys anytime. Total respect for their work. Their 365 program best in business!

Hoffans is a great company. They fit me in right away when I called for services. The guy who came (Aaron, I believe) out to do the house inspection/treatments was friendly and very informative.

We had the pleasure of having our pest control service performed by Curtis . He was punctual, professional, courteous & very knowledgeable.

After a recent extended dry spell we noticed columns of ants marching up the side of our home. Hoffman's Exterminating sent us Curtis , who thoroughly treated our problem, as well as giving us a few tips on shrub trimming to alleviate future troubles.

A really good business Mark came out to my house last summer for a bee problem he was very nice and professional after about 45 minutes he had cleared up the bees and left .

Called early Saturday morning with an issue with yellow jackets getting into my house. Got a quick call back and sent their exterminator Greg out within 2 hours.
Greg was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took care of the situation immediately and stayed on site to make sure for a short period.

I decided to use Hoffman's when my office needed an exterminator for just quarterly checkups and to give us a good once-over. When I scheduled the appointment I was greeted by Don who was fantastic. He was very personable, understanding, and able to really tell me what could cause problems and what wasn't really an issue. We’ve been customers of Hoffman’s for quite some time now. We utilize their year round service where they service your property for different pests with each season. Not only does Hoffman’s provide quick service if you have a problem but LET ME TELL YOU, their exterminator named Jack is a literal Godsend. He’s the assigned exterminator for our property and not only is he professional and knows what he’s doing but he is so incredibly nice. I truly hope Hoffman’s knows what an amazing employee they have within Jack. I tell him exactly what is going on with carpenter bees and wasps and he immediately has a plan. Aside from Hoffman’s prioritizing your needs and making sure they send someone out quickly , Jack is the cherry on the top. He truly makes the Hoffman’s experience a pleasant one.
