I hired Hoffman Exterminators because of a spider in my closet . I am not one to give a lot of reviews , however, this company is so professional yet treats you like a family member. The ladies in the office are so sweet, and caring . I had Heidi as my customer service representative . She was so nice and helpful. She understands and has compassion for people who have phobias with spiders. She reassured me the problem would be rectified quickly. I had a great experience with the exterminator Mike C who came out to exterminate . He is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well . This is our first year having Hoffmans Exterminating come regulary. We have used their services when we had a spcecific bug issue. Like yellow jackets up under our deck getting into the house.Took the tech maybe a half hour to solve the problem. He was great. So when it semed we had a bunch of different bugs outside. We called them. No more weird bugs. I would definitely recommend them
We found a hornet’s nest the size of a soccer ball while trimming a willow bush. We knew we shouldn't take care of it ourselves with the can or two of wasp spray we had. Called Hoffman exterminating on Monday, made an appointment for the next day. A few hours later, we received a call from Gregory, their technician, saying that he would be able to come over that day. Gregory was very professional and friendly. He explained what he would do, we went inside, we then went inside while he sprayed the nest, cut it out of the bush, and bagged it. He commented that it was the largest hornet’s nest that he had seen so far this season. We highly recommend Gregory and Hoffman’s exterminating.A+++
Hoffman's Exterminating is a wonderful company! They are trustworthy, prompt, and efficient. We were being overrun by house flies. In ten years of owning our house we have never had this issue. I called Hoffman's on a Tuesday, and by 10am Wednesday morning they had someone out to inspect. He immediately surmised that we had some type of dead animal in our chimney and suggested a fogging to get rid of the flies. By Thursday morning another tech was out to begin the fogging process. He immediately opened up our dampener and said something was decomposing. He opened the flue, and a dead squirrel fell out and he was able to retrieve it and dispose of the body (so we didn't have to). The fogging was done quickly and our problem was solved. I won't hesitate in using them in the future as needed and have told several family/friends about the wonderful service we received.

We had a flea issue inside and out. We tried Terminix first but they failed to control the flea invitation. Our per dog was going crazy with the itching and Terminix had a different answer and story every time we spoke to them. Hoffman's came out right away and treated our yard same day since that's were the route of the issue is. The Tech, Andre was knowledgeable, professional and listed to our concerns. The people at their office are also friendly and knowledgeable. Its been 3 days and so far so good. If you need an exterminator I highly recommend Hoffman's....

Chimney contractors referred us to Hoffman's. Aaron came to give us a free consult about possible termite damage spotted by our chimney repair contractors. Aaron was honest and reassured us that we did not have termites based on the discarded wood the chimney guys left for them to examine. What the chimney guys thought was chewed wood was just wood dust. Aaron was professional and we appreciated his honesty. Hoffman's is the absolute best extermination company in the area if not the industry. Never have I dealt with a company that is both extremely responsive and knowledgeable in helping to eliminate pests completely. If you are not using Hoffman's, you're doing yourself a huge disservice.
Hoffman has maintained my warranty for termite activity annually. When I noticed a swarm on my property this spring, Hoffman (Eric and his team) was very responsive and treated the area thoroughly. Eric explained options for treatments to avoid termites in the future. Their office staff, Vicki, Tara and Rebecca, are very friendly and very helpful also. It has been a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Hoffman for any pest elimination!

Hoffman’s Extermination provided excellent customer service. I first called up Hoffman’s (back in April.202/) and spoke with Tara, who provided excellent customer service and explained the whole process (I signed up for the annual plan because I would see ants in the spring and fall months and I finally grew tired of trying to deal with it on my own). The techs who come out are great (Eric is awesome) and the spray they use is safe for my pets. In the past two years I have not had any pest issues! I highly recommend them!

We had 1000's of termites swarming inside our home, literally 100's every day for around 3 weeks. There were wings piled around our floor registers every day. Hoffman's placed trap feeders all around the outside of our property, and the termites stopped coming into our home the very next day.

He was very personable, understanding, and able to really tell me what could cause problems and what wasn't really an issue. We’ve been customers of Hoffman’s for quite some time now. We utilize their year round service where they service your property for different pests with each season. Not only does Hoffman’s provide quick service if you have a problem but LET ME TELL YOU, their exterminator named Jack is a literal Godsend. He’s the assigned exterminator for our property and not only is he professional and knows what he’s doing but he is so incredibly nice. I truly hope Hoffman’s knows what an amazing employee they have within Jack. I tell him exactly what is going on with carpenter bees and wasps and he immediately has a plan. Aside from Hoffman’s prioritizing your needs and making sure they send someone out quickly , Jack is the cherry on the top. He truly makes the Hoffman’s experience a pleasant one.

We have used Hoffman’s for about two years now, the techs are always friendly and super knowledgeable. Jack is the tech that services our home, we’ve had a terrible ant issue every Spring but he always knows exactly how to get rid of them! I would recommend anyone looking for exterminating services to sign up for their yearly contract, it’s barely $40 a month and almost every pest issue is covered!
